Jeremy Larkin is a founding principal and Co-Chairman of NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale, and a principal in CRE Valuations Services, an international valuation firm.
Mr. Larkin served as a board member of the NAI Global Leadership Board for 20 years and served as the board’s chairman for 2 years. He remains affiliated with the board as a Past Chairman Emeritus.
He was part of the team which formed NAI Florida, one of the first organized regional collaborations of the now 17 plus NAI offices based in Florida and served as its chairman for 12 years.
Mr. Larkin leads the Occupier Services, Owner’s Representative & Litigation Support Teams in NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale. He has completed transactions totaling:
