Cory Bertram

Cory is a real estate professional with significant experience in retail store development, strategic market planning, site selection and market analysis, and lease negotiation. He began his real estate career in 2009 working in residential property management and leasing with The Collier Companies in Tallahassee, FL. Cory has spent the past eight years of his professional career with Starbucks in multiple roles. Promoted two times, he began his journey with Starbucks in New York City in 2012 supporting the store development team. In 2014 he took on a new role in Florida as a Real Estate Manager where he was instrumental in the company’s drive-thru expansion plans. Since 2016 he has been a Store Development Manager in NYC overseeing the strategy and expansion of stores throughout the metro area. Cory has won multiple awards within Starbucks for his leadership, partnership, and contributions to the team and region. He has a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing from Florida State University and a Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University.
