Jose Juncadella founded Fairchild Partners in 2005. With more than 35 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience and over $4 billion in sales and leasing volume, Jose has concluded many of South Florida’s most significant leases, sales and built-to-suit transactions. Prior to founding Fairchild, he was top broker with Codina Real Estate and the Doran Jason Group. Jose has been recognized with top honors from the industry’s leading publications and professional associations, including the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) 2015 Innovator of the Year Award and induction into the Florida International University’s Hall of Fame as 2015 Entrepreneur of the Year. Jose has served as lead leasing broker for South Florida’s major industrial and office parks, including Beacon Centre, Miami Free Zone, Transal Logistics Center, Centergate at Gratigny and Downtown Doral.
