For over 8 years, Martin has been the brain behind Metro 1’s marketing team and an innovator in the commercial real estate space. With a specialization in digital marketing, Martin has been able to look at the commercial real estate space from a technology point of view and reinvent the rules keeping Metro 1 at the vanguard of the industry.

Martin manages the company’s PR efforts, event planning, social media, content creation strategies, and the corporate marketing strategy. In addition to marketing, Martin also spearheads all of the research initiatives including the creation of market surveys, neighborhood market reports, and maintains the company’s research and marketing databases. Martin also shares a passion for real estate analysis and underwriting of income producing properties and development sites.

Martin holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in entrepreneurship from The University of Miami and a Masters in International Real Estate from Florida International University. During his Master’s he led a team of graduate students into the final round of the University of Miami’s Impact Investing national competition. He is also a committee member of the Young Professionals Group of the Friends of the Underline and has collaborated with industry organizations like CIASF. He is currently working towards his CCIM certification.
