John Michailidis

John, a 2021 MSIRE graduate and recipient of the program’s “Director’s Award – In Recognition of Outstanding Performance and Contribution,” has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago – he is a licensed attorney.

First obtaining his real estate license as a young man in 1989, he has filled various roles including: residential and commercial sales agent, property manager, broker of record, independent brokerage owner, state licensing instructor, and college lecturer. Current real estate activities include ownership of “Real Property Management of Sarasota & Manatee,” personal investing, and land wholesaling and development.

Outside achievements include published author, licensed pilot, 82nd Airborne paratrooper, Certified Zig Ziglar Trainer, Certified John Maxwell Trainer, Certified D.I.S.C. Trainer, and Past President – Sarasota/Manatee Chapter, National Association of Residential Property Managers.

John resides in beautiful Sarasota, Florida with his darling wife Linda, Marlee Mae (the Jack Russel terrier) and Kitty Kat (the cat).
