Rodrigo is the Robotics and Intelligent Automation Leader at Deloitte. In this role he serves as a leader in the Digital HR Strategy and Solutions team,  helping global companies imagine, deliver, and run a fully digital enterprise by focusing on human capital transformation, robotics process automation, cognitive and predictive analytics, machine learning, and HCM enterprise solutions including Workday, Oracle, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and many others.

Rodrigo has 20 years of management experience working with Fortune 100 executives in all areas of human capital management. He has developed, implemented, and managed strategic plans to improve global HR operations focused on streamlining critical business processes to drive productivity, risk mitigation, savings, and compliance. He has also implemented major HCM solutions including: Oracle, SAP / SuccessFactors, Workday, ServiceNow, Kronos, and ADP. Rodrigo implement robotics and intelligent automation solutions to improve HR service delivery and contact center operations.

Rodrigo possesses a track record for facilitating change management to improve business processes across the enterprise. His HCM sales experience has sharpened an ability to identify process inefficiencies and pain points that can be transformed into objectives for improvement. He has a decade of consulting engagements that have helped him to connect with new organizations to improve the bottom line by focusing on strategy and process optimization. Through years of practice, Rodrigo has adapted to dynamic environments and has presented complex ideas to promote organizational change. Presenting to business owners and executives has also strengthened my verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

Rodrigo has developed expertise in data architecture, modeling, and integration. His professional career has involved leading cross-cultural teams, across multiple time zones and languages, virtually and in person, to develop and implement solutions to complex business problems.

Rodrigo received a master’s in information systems and a bachelor’s in business administration, both from Florida International University.
