ATOM COVID-19 DATATHON EVENT KICK-OFF – 6 p.m to 8 p.m.

"MANAGING THE COMPLEXITIES OF A COVID-19 WORLD"

All participants are invited to join for an engaging discussion with our diverse panel of experts who will share their experiences, challenges, and insights as leaders who have dealt with the complexities of adjusting their own organizations, to effectively handle and conquer the COVID-19 pandemic.

Kickoff overview and panelist details. All participants are welcome to attend.



Saturday, July 25 to Friday July 31

Teams define how to address the problems, then generate solutions, including proof of concepts, prototypes, and preliminary vision for execution. Participants will be added to a Canvas course shell that will serve as the central point of coordination and interaction with team members and mentors.


Saturday, August 1

Teams submit final presentation in Canvas at 2 p.m. Pre-judging occurs to narrow the teams to 6 finalists.  Finalists will be notified via email by 9 p.m.


Sunday, August 2

Finalist Presentations and Judging – 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
All participants are welcome to attend.



Closeout, Awards and Recognition – 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.
