Oscar Perez is an operations, finance and technology leader with experience in high growth, venture-backed technology companies. He is currently the Head of Global Operations at Infosys Consulting. Prior to this role, Oscar was a founding team member and Vice President of Operations and Finance at 8base, a company with the mission to democratize software development for businesses and developers worldwide.

Previously Oscar was Chief Technology Officer at Ilumno International University System, a company helping to change lives in Latin America through digital transformation of university education. He also served as Vice President of Operations at CareCloud, a leading healthcare IT software company working to modernize the antiquated healthcare industry with a cloud-based platform.

Oscar’s previous leadership roles also include; Vice President of Information Technology at Virtustream, a leading-edge cloud technology and services company; VP of Finance at Terremark (NASDAQ: TMRK) which was sold to Verizon; Former Chief Financial Officer for Desca, a leading networking technology company in Latin America; and Director of Finance at Adjoined Consulting, which was acquired by CapGemini. Oscar began his career at Arthur Andersen.

Oscar holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University (FIU) and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is finishing his Master of Science in International Relations from Troy University.
