2022-2023

The 2022-2023 Pink Tank program operated under the theme “Reducing the Gender Pay Gap in STEM Careers”. Students were challenged to examine how gender pay gap issues overlap or differ across geographic regions and implement innovate solutions to navigate them.

The program’s final challenge involves small collaborative student teams that were asked to identify and obtain key data sources related to salary by gender for different occupations and industries. They then propose unique and present institutional and individual solutions and innovations that South Florida area businesses can implement.
