  • The high-performance scholarship

As part of our commitment to excellence, this scholarship of $2,000 rewards individuals who have shown exemplary academic performance in the MIB program. This scholarship reflects our dedication to our students and serves to inspire our students to commit to their studies.

Based on the cumulative GPA across the core courses of the program’s curriculum (except for the Master’s Project Course), the top 10% of each cohort will receive this scholarship. Dual degree students, students admitted via international agreements, and students transferring credits are not eligible for this scholarship.

There is no need to apply for this scholarship. The evaluating committee automatically reviews GPAs and awards this scholarship. Scholarships are not retroactive. The scholarship is not transferable and there shall be no changes or substitutions.

Students can only qualify for one program scholarship while completing the program. Per FIU guidelines, a student receiving the High Potential Scholarship cannot go on to then receive the High Performance Scholarship later in the program.
