Welcome!
The Chapman Financial Aid team is committed to helping you in the process of receiving federal aid.
We strive to provide students with all of the available resources to be fiscally responsible and educated when financing your degree. Several financial aid options exist including scholarships, FIU grants, and federal student loans.

How to Apply
To receive federal student aid this academic year, all student must complete the 2026-2027 FAFSA application online at https://studentaid.gov/. FIU federal school code is 009635. Please allow 5 to 7 days for your FAFSA application to be received by FIU.
Scholarships
Scholarships are an excellent way to fund your education and thanks to the generosity of many individuals and corporations, FIU and the College of Business have many scholarship opportunities available to you. The best practice is to start applying for scholarships at least a couple of months prior to your attendance. To view and apply for available scholarships visit business.fiu.edu and select your program of interest.
COB-Graduate Need Grant
You may be eligible to receive a need based grant as part of your financial aid package depending on the availability of funds. The grant will be awarded as part of the financial aid package to graduate business students who demonstrate financial need. You must complete a FAFSA application and be eligible to receive federal aid in order to be considered for this grant; no separate application is required. The grant is awarded during the Fall and Spring term initially and depending on availability of funds, it may be awarded in the summer term. Receiving the grant in the fall/spring terms does not guarantee a summer offer.
