Prepare to become a human resource leader in an increasingly diverse and international workplace with FIU’s Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) program. Learn to develop a strategic staffing vision, shape corporate culture, and empower organizational change.
The MSHRM program from FIU can be completed with flexible weekend classes in one year full time or two years part time. It can also be completed fully online in one year. The MSHRM program features a curriculum that:
- Is developed and taught by human resource industry executives
- Emphasizes practical applications of theory through experiential exercises, case studies and other engaging and active forms of applied learning
- Includes preparation for human resource professional certification exams.
Graduates from this program are well prepared to address a broad spectrum of challenges facing senior HR practitioners in this era of global competitive pressure and increased regulation. It prepares them for exciting HR positions such as human resource director, labor relations manager, compensation and benefits manager, training and development manager, recruiting manager, employee relations manager, and others.
