Dean's Welcome

David R. Klock

At Florida International University’s College of Business, we educate leaders and builders with an innovative mindset, not only here in Miami, but throughout our global community.

We are entrepreneurial, driven to promote the study of entrepreneurial thought leadership, sustain and nurture emerging businesses, and foster entrepreneurial practice within all organizational settings;

We are international, with a deep investment in global research, a faculty and student body enriched by a strong global perspective, and deep ties to business through a global alumni network and hands-on projects throughout the world;

We are relevant, offering cutting-edge programs that train leaders to meet challenges in healthcare management, information technology, and other traditional and emerging fields, with the goal of furthering economic and social progress.

We invite you to explore the depth and breadth of our commitment. It’s there in the research of our faculty, the scope of our programs for students, and our outreach into the business community.

As Florida’s truly global public university, we welcome all to share in our mission.
