The Advanced Certificate in Project Management is designed to give you project management professionals skills and knowledge to improve your organizational project productivity.

A Florida International University Advanced Certificate in Project Management will be awarded to you upon your completion of seven courses and your demonstration of knowledge, comprehension, and understanding of the material in each of the courses.
This program covers the fundamentals of the "Project Management Body of Knowledge" (PMBOK®) in a format that accommodates your hectic schedule. The courses are designed to meet the daily challenges of project management by teaching the principles and methods of project management and the techniques and practices for managing projects of all sizes and degrees of complexity. The Advanced Certificate is excellent preparation for the PMP® Certification, a credential that is fast becoming a career milestone in project management.
