Global Professional in Human Resources Program

The field of human resources has changed tremendously in the past decade. Nowhere has this change been more profound than in global human resource management. As the business world globalizes and moves with increasing speed into the international markets, HR professionals may find that their roles must also keep up with this new global economy.

The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) has responded to this dynamic global HR environment by developing the SHRM Global Learning System. The SHRM Global Learning System is a comprehensive test-preparation system for the GPHR Certification exam and serves as a reference tool for HR professionals with international and cross-border responsibilities. This review program has been designed to maximize your experience, education and skill set to prepare you to successfully pass the GPHR Certification examination. This examination is administered by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) to advance the profession and provide the HR professionals with the necessary knowledge, skills and perspectives to be successful in this worldwide market.

Human resource professionals who obtain their GPHR certification have an extraordinary professional advantage and are well prepared for international opportunities and career advancement.

The GPHR Certification review program is a thorough review of the HR body of knowledge. The course emphasizes essential strategies for HR policies and initiatives that support your organization's global growth such as the establishment of international assignment policies and global compensation and benefits.
