Nancy Rauseo
CRM Consultant and Instructor
Department of Marketing
College of Business Administration

Dr. Rauseo has extensive experience in delivering customer-focused solutions to companies in various industries. Before teaching, she held several professional and senior management positions with consulting and insurance companies in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, information technology, and organizational development. Her twenty years of practical experience allow her to incorporate real-life scenarios into her teaching.

In addition to teaching, Rauseo consults and develops customized learning programs. Her services include the design of instructional content and training programs that develop and manage internal and external relationships. She partners with public and private institutions to deliver workshops and training in the areas of marketing, customer relationship management, business process analysis, and technology implementation.

Rauseo earned a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University. She also holds a Master's degree and a Doctoral degree in business administration from Nova Southeastern University. Rauseo also is a certified IBM E-Business Consultant.

Tuition

The program fee of $1,595 includes tuition and instructional materials. The fee is subject to change and is payable in advance.

Location

Classes are held at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus, located at 11200 S.W. 8th Street, Miami. This location is convenient and easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and the S.W. 8th Street Exit.

Fax your completed registration form and payment information to 305-348-0524. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or an employer invoice.

By telephone
Please call our office at 305-348-4217, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we will take your registration and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.

In person
Come to the Office of Professional and Executive Education, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we can process your application. Our location is College of Business Administration, 11200 S.W. 8th Street, MARC 270, Miami, Florida 33199-0001.

Once you have registered, we will send you a letter confirming your place in the program.

Registration and Withdrawal Policies

Payment Policy: Program fees are due in full upon acceptance into the program

Substitution Policy: Qualified substitutes for participants can be accommodated with advance written notice.

Withdrawal Policy: Due to costs associated with establishing, holding, and replacing participant slots, the following guidelines will be implemented:

  • 1 week prior the program: the participant will be charged 50% of the program fee.
  • 2 - 4 weeks prior the program: the participant will be charged 25% of the program fee.
  • The remainder of the above mentioned will be transferred to another program upon receipt of written notice.
