FIU’s combo package is especially designed for professionals who are not certified in Yellow or Green Belt. Our combo training allows candidates new to the Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to become Green Belt certified quickly and easily: Pre-register for the Green Belt certification program and obtain your Yellow Belt (a prerequisite for the Green Belt) for a reduced fee of $150 (reg. $435).

Becoming Green Belt certified improves your ability to confidently discuss complex subjects, effectively solve problems, and provide useful recommendations for any industry or organization. Participants learn data-driven methods to solve complex problems, improving their problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Skills acquired include data analysis, process improvement, leadership, and communication.

Additionally, FIU Executive Education International Green Belt Certification includes a project component. Working on a real-world project to solve a problem in your organization, your new skills will be proven and validated. You will be able to document your successful project in your resume and on social media channels.

Because our certificate programs are non-credit and do not lead to a degree, they do not qualify for traditional student financial aid. However, financial assistance is available in a variety of methods:

  • Private student loans are available for our programs through SallieMae. We strongly recommend participants submit their loan application at least eight (8) weeks prior to the start of the program to ensure completion of the loan.
