The undergraduate and graduate programs at FIU Business have again been placed among the world's best in numerous business school rankings. U.S. News & World Report ranked the college's undergraduate international business program No. 3 in the U.S. in its annual rankings released in September 2025. FIU Business joins such elite institutions as Georgetown University and New York University in the top five for the seventh consecutive year.
Also in September 2025, several FIU Business MBA programs were rated among the best by the QS World University Rankings, one of the most closely watched international university rankings. The Professional MBA Online program was ranked No. 10 in the world and No. 5 in the U.S.
Two of the FIU Business specialized master's programs also landed in top 10 spots among U.S. programs in the QS rankings. The Master of Science in Logistics and Supply Chain Management program was ranked No. 6 in the U.S. and the Master of Science in Marketing was ranked No. 9.
The QS World University Rankings are based on a survey of employers who select schools they prefer to hire from, as well as a survey of professors and other academics who name schools which they believe are the strongest in each subject area. Other ranking factors include the 10-year return on investment for graduates, the academic reputation of the institution, and student and faculty diversity, among others.
