Among its most notable distinctions, FIU Business was once again ranked No. 1 in the world for real estate research productivity by the Journal of Real Estate Literature in 2025. The college also earned the No. 1 online real estate master’s program in the U.S. from Forbes Advisor in 2026, further reinforcing its leadership in a field where FIU has developed a strong national and global reputation.
