William Hardin Honored with Academic Achievement Award

(July 11, 2018) William Hardin, associate dean, Chapman Graduate School and co-director of the Jerome Bain Real Estate Institute, was selected as the 2018 recipient of the International Real Estate Society (IRES) Achievement Award. The award recognizes outstanding accomplishment in real estate research, education, and service. He will receive the award at the American Real Estate Society (ARES) meeting in April.
Hardin's research has been published in Real Estate Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Research, the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, the Journal of Real Estate Practice and Education, the Journal of Property Investment and Finance, International Real Estate Review, the Journal of Property Valuation and Investment, the Journal of Shopping Center Research, and the Assessment Journal.
Last May, Hardin received the David Ricardo Medal, recognizing an individual who has created a significant body of published research in academic and refereed professional journals spanning at least two decades, at the ARES meeting in Naples, FL.
