Real estate professor appointed co-editor at top industry journal

(January 14, 2021) William Hardin, associate dean of the Chapman Graduate School, professor of finance and real estate, Knight Ridder Endowed Eminent Scholar and Tibor and Sheila Hollo Research Fellow, has been appointed as co-editor of the Journal of Real Estate Research. The flagship journal of the American Real Estate Society provides insight into issues in real estate for practitioners and academics. The journal focuses on investigating and expanding the frontiers of knowledge that cover business decision-making applications or scholarly real estate research.
Hardin has an extensive publication record in the top real estate journals including Real Estate Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, the Journal of Real Estate Research, the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management, the Journal of Real Estate Practice and Education, the Journal of Property Investment and Finance, International Real Estate Review, the Journal of Property Valuation and Investment, the Journal of Shopping Center Research and the Assessment Journal.
