The current era of marketing is the most exciting ever.  With the saturation of social media, corporate adoption of marketing technology, and the refinement of artificial intelligence in customer targeting and analytics, it is an amazing time to be teaching and researching digital marketing!

Professional Activities

Dr. Lin Humphrey is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at FIU's College of Business.  His research focuses on social media word of mouth, influencers, online brand community, and innovations in digital marketing education.  He was named the Mobile Marketing Association's 2011 Academic of the Year.  He teaches digital marketing with a focus on industry certifications and applying these skills with corporate partners.
