(April 12, 2019) Kenneth Henry, associate professor of Accounting, has been named chair of the Governance Design Committee of ACCA, the global body for professional accountants. He has served as an ACCA Council member since 2010. Henry also sits on ACCA’s Global Forum on Audit and Assurance, and represents ACCA on the International Internal Audit Standards Board, the global standard-setting body for the Institute of Internal Auditors. In addition to serving on the FIU School of Accounting faculty and his work with ACCA, Henry spent the first 20 years of his career in public practice with PwC.
