Establishing & Implementing Project Management Office (PMO)

This program provides participants with an in-depth comprehension of how to establish and implement PMO, as a channel for communication, coordination, standards, policies, processes and training for all project in the corporate portfolio. This course is designed for PMO directors and managers, project managers with minimum 3 years of experience, and any other stakeholders involved in project community managed by a PMO.
