Initial Responsibilities: Our Business Development Intern will work directly with the Cargo42 team to identify, sell, and onboard new partners. Initial job responsibilities include: 

  • Identifying new business leads through research, calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Organizing contacts and interactions via Cargo42’s Hubspot CRM system.
  • Working with potential clients to understand pain points and collaborating with 
Cargo42 team to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Supporting the Cargo42 team in the development of new sales strategies. 
Skills & Attributes:
  • Coursework in Business Administration and/or prior sales experience preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of identify needs/opportunities and acting on them.
  • Strong business interest in the logistics and transportation industry.
  • Languages: English and Spanish.

Sales Trainee position

Position Summary: The Sales Trainee position prepares an associate to assume a territory as an Associate Account Sales Executive. The Trainee shadows a dedicated senior level sales executive in a training capacity over the course of a predefined period of time and participates in a formal sales training program consisting of both classroom and field-based training. Upon successful completion and proven proficiency of the training program, the Trainee will be relocated to an assigned territory and assume the responsibility of a quota-carrying Associate Account Sales Executive.

Position: FIU Athletics – Tickets Sales Internship
Location: United States – Florida International University
Department: FIU Golden Panthers Athletics Department
Job Specifications: The FIU Golden Panthers Athletics Department is seeking highly motivated individuals for the position of Ticket Sales intern. The position will be primarily responsible for sales and service of FIU Athletics tickets, account service & maintenance, lead generation and performing ticketing system functions.

Candidates will be expected to generate new sales by calling past ticket buyers and potential new leads as well as calling current ticket holders to ensure the utmost customer service. While work experience in a sales environment or athletics organization is preferred, highly motivated and outgoing self-starters without sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Students interested in pursuing a career in athletics are strongly encouraged to apply.

The position is an unpaid internship that can be used for course credit or on a volunteer basis.
We are looking for only two to three candidates to work up to 20 hours per week.
