Ryder Building lobby now features a Student Services Center!

Now you can handle quick questions, make advising appointments, and resolve technical issues—all without waiting. To make sure you get the services you need—when and where you need them—the Office of Student Services has opened a reception area in the lobby of the Ryder Building. Hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. till 8:00 p.m.

Among the helpful people you'll find there:

• A receptionist who can give you directions and answer questions.
• Graduate students who can provide advising information or help schedule you with a member of the professional advising staff if you need more details.
• Tech support people for online learning students.

So if your password doesn't work, you had trouble with the mechanics of an online exam, you have a technical problem and Live Chat doesn't resolve it, or if you just prefer the personal touch, stop by. During peak registration periods, even more advisors will be available at the information center to deal with any registration problems you might encounter, helping ensure that you can get through the process fast.
