International BizFest celebrates College's students and programs.

The Third Annual College International BizFest took place Wednesday, January 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the Ryder Building's South Lawn. Organized by the College's Business Student Council, this year's event included entertainment from the Lot 6 Dancers, the Caribbean Dancers, and the Florida International University's Dazzlers, the University's official dance group.

Besides enjoying the great music and wonderful lunch, students and other attendees took part in various activities and learned about the College's student organizations, its study abroad programs, business plan competition, and other opportunities for involvement in the life of the business school. As every year, any unit in the College was welcomed to have a table at the event to promote its activities and programs.

Students also were given a glimpse of the model of our future business building complex, which was a central attraction of the event, and were encouraged to pledge their support for the Building for Business campaign, to be launched publicly on March 10. A special acknowledgement goes to Bill Levin, external relations and resource development, who worked with the Business Student Council to organize this successful event.
