Help for online courses-and more-is just a click away. Do you sometimes have a question about an online course? There are lots of ways to get assistance, and the Office of Online Learning has just expanded some of them. Live Chat is now available to provide technical support from 8:00 a.m. until midnight Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. till 6:00 p.m. on the weekends. Just go to http://estudent.fiu.edu/ for immediate access to the help desk seven days a week. If you have questions or problems, you also can send an e-mail between 8:00 a.m. and midnight, weekends included. Or, stop in to RB 273-it's open Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. There's still more at http://estudent.fiu.edu/. It's the place where you can log into courses and get the latest announcements. Right now, you can check out the Spring 2005 schedule, including both individual courses and fully online degrees. These offerings begin January 10, so make your plans soon.
