We have received an urgent request from Johnson and Johnson to fill a part-time position/internship in MIS at its Miami location.

Provide desktop support for 80-90 users in the Miami Regional Office
 
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.  Ensure the correct operation of system applications.
2.  Install software and hardware.
3.  Set up and deploy new equipment.
4.  Perform system updates periodically.
5.  Provide training and support in the use of company systems.
6.  Evaluate hardware status, suggest changes and updates.
7.  Coordinate repairs and maintenance of hardware when needed.
