Create your own community service project.

Would you like to develop a project to help people in need? Want to learn how to raise money, work in teams, and be a leader while representing the College in the global community? You'll get all the support you need to achieve these worthwhile goals from the Civic Engagement Initiative office. Just contact "Dr. Bob Hogner" to discuss your idea and get the process started.

One such project is coming up: an "Alternate Spring Break in Bangkok," Thailand, in March 2005. Business students will help conduct an "English Camp" for children at a school in the Klong Toey slum district of Bangkok. The participants will work in partnership with the "newly-formed" Community Service Club of the International BBA Program, Faculty of Accounting and Commerce, at Thailand 's premier university, Chulalongkorn.
