Undergraduates: There's a new career services counselor just for you.
Even if you have a busy schedule or aren't on campus much, Michael Potoczniak, a career services counselor dedicated to working with business undergrads in the Landon Undergraduate School, is now available to help you meet your job search challenges. He's the single contact you'll need for answers, and he plans to keep his own schedule flexible so he can accommodate yours.
In addition to fielding your questions, he's also lining up employers to make presentations to student associations and he's making contacts with companies to find out about job openings. Stop by GC 230 to meet him. And while you're there, do one of the most important things you can do to position yourself to get considered for that dream job: register.
It will take you two minutes to complete the paperwork and costs a mere $20 (good for the lifetime of your academic career), which you can pay by cash, check or credit card. Registering makes it possible for you to get that all-important resume evaluated and to participate in interviews. Plus, once you're registered, the office will start matching your resume to opportunities that come along and will notify you of jobs that might interest you.
You can contact Michael Potoczniak at 305-348-6752.
