Executive Dean Joyce J. Elam leads the university’s College of Business Administration, a top-ranked international business school.  She was a Fellow at the Harvard Business School, taught at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and earned her PhD in operations research from the University of Texas-Austin. A wife, mother, and grandmother, she is one of the few women in the United States leading  a major school of business.
