With more than 15 years experience working with organizations to address business challenges with innovative strategies and solutions, Angelo works with our clients to translate their vision for transformation into action. 

With a combination of strong credentials, a background in leading practice methods, and experience advising more than 125 companies, Angelo brings the ability to structure a solution that works for the circumstances faced by our clients.  With a focus on enterprise strategy, organizational transformation and execution, he has advised Fortune 100 companies in retail, financial services, telecommunications, entertainment, manufacturing, distribution and the public sector.  He also brings an extensive background in the deployment, use and management of corporate technology systems and architectures.

Angelo is an accomplished program manager, facilitator and executive coach, and has led retreats and work sessions from the functional level through to C-level executives.  He is a recognized business operations and performance specialist having architected the operational components of several international acquisitions and joint ventures.  He has had the opportunity to support projects and lead training programs in Europe, Japan and the Middle East.

  • Turnaround strategy for a $2 Billion retailer and the implementation of execution support infrastructure.
  • Collaboration roadmap for three philanthropies within the South Florida area that supports a leading community impact position in the region.
  • Restructuring effort for a $2.3 billion telecommunications equipment distributor, including organizational redesign, operating model analysis and implementation of change.
  • Training and transformation strategy for retail office supply organization during the implementation of the Oracle Enterprise Solution stack.
  • Cost reduction through procurement process improvements and strategic sourcing methods at global retailer.
  • Program office advisory services for 10,000 seat Oracle 11i implementation (CRM) for a telecommunications company.
  • Service consolidation strategy for a decentralized healthcare provider including operational analysis, strategy and organizational transition.
  • Conceptual design for the privatization of a 7000 FTE statewide organization and designed the transition planning effort including organizational transformation, workforce transition, technology implementation, and the transition of a retail service model to a centralized document and call center.
  • Strategic change effort for a complex marketing organization to support the implementation of next generation marketing tools.  This included managing organization change, communications, training and leadership alignment activities.
  • Enterprise execution and ePMO capability for regional telecommunications provider.
  • Mobilized IT response to business strategy transition for Fortune 50 Financial Services Company transitioning core enterprise systems to ASP.
  • Worked with the Senior Leadership team of an $8 Billion dollar specialty retailer to develop, articulate and establish the journey map for the enterprise. 

Background
Angelo received his JD and MBA from Emory University in 1993, and previously graduated with honors from Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering. He is a licensed attorney in Florida, Georgia and the District of Columbia, and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). 

He is a  Board Member for the United Way of Palm Beach County, and active in a number of local organizations.  He is also a member of the Palm Beach County Reef Research Team, a certified Rescue Diver, and coaches Youth Baseball teams.  He is part of the team supporting KPMG’s growing commitment to environmental sustainability.
