Michael joined Florida International University as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing in 2002 after completing the Executive in Master Business Administration degree at the university.
Professional experience includes over twenty years of retail and wholesale planning experience including retail store management and a variety of corporate management positions with Perry Ellis International, The Sports Authority, Burdines, a division of Federated Department Stores, and K-mart.
Michael became involved with APICS in 1997 while working at K-mart International Headquarters. He became an instructor for APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional upon obtaining the designation in 2006.
His teaching interests include Retail Management, Macy’s Retail Internship, Introduction to Marketing, and the CSCP certificate.

Classes are held at the University Park Campus, located at 11200 S.W. 8th Street, Miami. This location is convenient and easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and the S.W. 8th Street Exit.

Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your place in the program.
Registration and Withdrawal Policies
Payment Policy: Program fees are due in full upon acceptance into the program
Substitution Policy: Qualified substitutes for participants can be accommodated with advance written notice.
Withdrawal Policy: Due to costs associated with establishing, holding, and replacing participant slots, the following guidelines will be implemented:
- 1 week prior the program: the participant will be charged 50% of the program fee.
- 2 - 4 weeks prior the program: the participant will be charged 25% of the program fee.
- The remainder of the above mentioned will be transferred to another program upon receipt of written notice.
