Professional Activities
Robert is the Director of Florida International University’s Office of Executive & Professional Education, responsible for development, promotion, and delivery of non-degree educational programs within the College of Business Administration to individuals, corporations and government agencies throughout South Florida and Latin America. He has been a faculty member at Barry University, the University of Miami, and Nova Southeastern University. Robert is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce and Founder of the Latin American HR Forum. He is a board member of the Greater Miami Society for Human Resource Management, the International Kids Fund and the Latin Quarter Development Council.
He has been interviewed for his perspective on business and career management by CNN, CBS, The Sun Sentinel, the Business Journal, World City and Proyección Humana. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he is a frequent guest speaker, having presented throughout the world, most recently at the National Urban League, Human Resource World Congress, Latin American Personnel Association, and SHRM Leadership Conference.

Tuition
The program fee of $1,295 includes tuition and instructional materials. The fee is subject to change and is payable in advance.
Location
Classes are held at the Modesto A. Maidique Campus, located at 11200 S.W. 8th Street, Miami. This location is convenient and easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and the S.W. 8th Street Exit.

Class size is limited. We encourage you to register early to reserve your place in the class.

Fax your completed registration form and payment information to 305-348-0524. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card or an employer invoice.
By telephone
Please call our office at 305-348-4217, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we will take your registration and payment information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card.
In person
Come to the Office of Professional and Executive Education, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we can process your application. Our location is College of Business Administration, 11200 S.W. 8th Street, CBC 223, Miami, Florida 33199-0001.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your place in the program.
Registration and Withdrawal Policies
Payment Policy: Program fees are due in full upon acceptance into the program.
Substitution Policy: Qualified substitutes for participants can be accommodated with advance written notice.
Withdrawal Policy: Due to costs associated with establishing, holding, and replacing participant slots, the following guidelines will be implemented:
- 1 week prior the program: the participant will be charged 50% of the program fee.
- 2 - 4 weeks prior the program: the participant will be charged 25% of the program fee.
- The remainder of the above mentioned will be transferred to another program upon receipt of written notice.
