This extraordinary program is focused on developing the essential human qualities of great leaders. The educational process uses individualized coaching, group instruction, and experiential learning to empower students to become better strategists, team players, and managers.

FIU has engaged a recognized author and expert in the field of organizational development, Dr. Daniel Gil’Adí, to present this program based on his work on emotional intelligence and leadership and his unique ability to coach individual development and transformation.

This program uses real organizational situations to challenge participants and help them gain and apply critical leadership abilities. Emphasis is on achieving one’s full personal potential while learning motivational, communications, and managements skills that bring out the best in others.
