Instructor
Rafael Lucea
Dr. Lucea received his Ph. D. in Strategy and International Management from the Sloan School of Management at MIT where he was the first recipient of the Arnoldo C. Hax Strategy Fellowship. He also holds a M.Sc. from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Esade (Spain). He is a member of the Academy of Management, the Academy of International Business, and the Strategic Management Society and acts as International Business professor at The George Washington University School of Business where his research is centrally concerned with the management of a firm’s non-market environment. He has consulted and worked for different organizations and firms such as Sugemesa, PepsiCo and the Hill Group.
Hugo Estrada Nieto
Professor Estrada holds a Master in Engineering Management from George Washington University and he completed the Interamerica’s Executive Management Program from Pennsylvania State University. He is internationally certified as Dana Chief Supervisor by the Dana University in Ohio and he took part in the Japan Union of Scientists and Engineers Total Quality program. In his more than 30 years of professional experience he has acted as CEO for several firms including the prestigious Corona Organization and has consulted and advised for different companies such as Microsoft, Siemens, Colombia’s National Coffee Growers Federation and the Colombian Government’s Ministry of Communications.

Tuition
The program fee of $3900 includes tuition, instructional materials, breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks and parking. The fee is subject to change and is payable in advance.
Location
Classes are held at the University Park Campus, located at 11200 S.W. 8th Street, Miami. This location is convenient and easily accessible from the Florida Turnpike and the S.W. 8th Street Exit.

In person
Come to the Office of Professional and Executive Education, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and we can process your application. Our location is College of Business Administration, 11200 S.W. 8th Street, CBC 223, Miami, Florida 33199-0001.
Once you have registered, you will receive an email confirming your place in the program.
Registration and Withdrawal Policies
Payment Policy: Program fees are due in full upon acceptance into the program
Substitution Policy: Qualified substitutes for participants can be accommodated with advance written notice.
Withdrawal Policy: Due to costs associated with establishing, holding, and replacing participant slots, the following guidelines will be implemented:
- 1 week prior the program: the participant will be charged 50% of the program fee.
- 2 - 4 weeks prior the program: the participant will be charged 25% of the program fee.
- The remainder of the above mentioned will be transferred to another program upon receipt of written notice.
