Program Overview

In today’s challenging business environment, a clearly defined strategy is vital to the success of any organization. This intense program will help you understand the process of developing the best strategy for your business

To stay a step ahead of competitors, organizations must develop new business strategies that take their service to the next level. The Business Strategy program enables corporate executives and senior managers to leverage an innovative service model that helps improve employee and customer satisfaction, and maximize competitive impact. Armed with tools for developing a strategic vision of the service mission, executives learn how to foster loyalty, increase profitability, and accelerate business growth.

Highlights

This five day seminar is divided into 2 significantly distinct parts.  The first one presents a “large picture” of the strategy function and how it pulls together the different functional areas in a company.

The second part takes a much more focused approach in two respects.  First, it presents in detail the Delta Model strategic framework.  Secondly, it provides a hands-on experience of how it is used. The assistants will alternate lecture sessions and group workshops.  In the lecture sessions, the main concepts of the Delta Model will be presented along with a number of real life examples.  In the workshop sessions, participants will be asked to apply the concepts just learned by working in groups.  The groups’ proposals will then be presented in class for discussion and comment.  The ultimate goal is that participants’ not only gain a deep understanding of the Delta Model philosophy but are also capable of successfully managing the strategy formulation and implementation processes upon returning to their organizations.

This program is individualized for each participant’s unique developmental needs within his/her organizational setting. Working one-on-one with a personal coach, you will have a personal development plan to map learning objectives and requirements.

You will be provided with a very effective and practical framework that finally translates decades of theories about successful management into an executable process to:

  • restructure you customer relationships
  • deliver a value proposition where the customer is at the center of the startegy
