Overview

Administrative professionals are the life-blood of an organization, providing vital support across departments and business functions. While the job of an "admin" has become much more complex in recent years, training and guidance is frequently non-existent.

You are now expected to handle many diverse responsibilities and probably support more people than ever before. In all likelihood, your workload and stress level is also greater than ever.

FIU's Extraordinary Administrative Support program fills the gap in your personal and professional development by helping you update critical skills and gain new insights. This program can show you how to work more effectively, increase the recognition for your contributions to organizational performance, and strike the right balance between your personal- and work-life.

Highlights
