  • Partnership building activities.

Visibility is a key benefit to a partnership with the College of Business.  Company representation at various campus events can

    • increase your organization’s visibility
    • give you a head start in recruiting MBA’s
    • offer you high quality student talent
We are committed to developing effective corporate relationships that add value to your organization. There are many ways to get involved to build your on-campus presence.

    Schedule mock interviews
    .

Students and employers both benefit from mock interviews. They are a great way for you to train    your recruitment team in behavioral interviewing techniques while they help our students practice     interviewing skills with a professional.

    Hold information sessions.

An information session is a special workshop that allows you to boast about your company and the   benefits of working there. You will have the opportunity to share information about your company's culture, your hiring practices, your employment opportunities, and more.

Sessions usually are held before you come to recruit on campus but can be scheduled at any time.
  • Our Internship Program

Internships are a very effective way to attract and hire new college graduates. They also provide students with the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience. They help you, as employers, by

    • providing a year-round source of highly motivated, pre-professional expertise
    • helping you develop your future workforce
    • serving as great resource for one-time projects
    • offering fresh perspectives on old problems
    • increasing the visibility of your organization on campus
    • facilitating your ability to meet Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) objectives
    • enabling your professional staff to pursue more creative projects
    • furnishing you with a flexible, cost-effective resource that doesn't entail a long-term commitment, and
    • enhancing your relationship with the university and the community at large.
