Seminar in International Real Estate

This course examines all the transaction details of buying and selling real estate abroad. Students will examine different ownership structures, tax issues, title conveyance procedures, etc involved in the transaction of international real estate. Students will also study the potential diversification benefits of utilizing international real estate.
