This course focuses on the legal and regulatory factors surrounding human resource management. The emphasis will be on creating awareness of legal risks and legal constraints when making HR business decisions. Case studies will be used to illustrate and discuss legal implications. Numerical analysis of the workforce to assess adverse impact will be discussed.
