We offer a broad range of services, resources, and workshops to help you with career development, job searches, and reaching your short and long-term career goals. To take full advantage of our services, you must register first.

CBA Student and Alumni registration process

All students MUST be registered in order to participate in any On-campus Recruiting including interviewing with any company coming to campus and/or to see job posting or request a career coaching appointment. 

• CBA students and Alumni will log into the CBA Career Link system using their Panther ID # as their username AND password.

• If you do not know your Panther ID, please go to http://sis.fiu.edu and click on the "Get your Panther ID and password" link.
• If you are not able to log into the CBA Career Link please contact our office via email with your Panther ID so that we can add you to the database.   BBA students email Dawn Lazar and MBA/MS email Elsie Florido.

• Note: You are required to complete your profile and upload an approved resume before it can be submitted to employers and/or participate in any on-campus recruiting.

MBA/MS Students and Alumni You must also register in one of our MBAfocus electronic resume books, a separate registration. You must answer all profile questions and upload your resume before your account is activated.

This year MBAfocus is offering two database registration choices: 

Current Graduate Student Database http://www.mbafocus.com/candidates/signin.asp?product=7704) - This database is available to employers worldwide. Employers find it useful to review backgrounds and target students whose experiences and interests best fit their needs. This resume system also allows employers to review the qualifications of those students on their interview schedules. Participation gives you excellent visibility to a broad range of firms with little time required. Usually more than 95% of the class participates. Any graduate student of Chapman may register for this database. 

Experienced Hire Database (http://www7.mbafocus.com/alumni/homepage.asp?product=8453)- Global firms will be using this service to find candidates for their top management, director and executive level positions.   If you are an alumnus or you have 5+ years of professional work experience you may also register for our Experienced Hire Database.  (NOTE - you may register for both databases if you meet the years of experience requirement)  This registration system is available year round.  Candidates who are currently employed can make themselves confidential in this database. If you match an employer search, they will send you a blind email, in which you choose to respond.  You may make yourself inactive in the database if you are no longer seeking, while still managing your resume or professional summary. If you do not have your resume ready or do not have time - no problem, you can build a short professional summary of your background education and experience within the system.
