We are a real estate education and research institute with special expertise in international real estate transactions. We foster educational opportunities to equip students and current professionals for success in the real estate industry of the 21st century and to encourage research in the field.

Our international focus reflects the growing importance of both U.S. investments in real estate abroad and investments by foreign nationals in U.S. real estate.

Real Estate Education

We coordinate a real estate major for undergraduate students and sponsor numerous seminars, symposia, and conferences on real estate subjects for working professionals. We offer a Master of Science in International Real Estate program.  Our goal is to insure that our programs reflect the most up-to-date theories and best practice in real estate.

Real Estate Research and Outreach

Our research is both theoretical and applied, with a strong focus on solving current industry problems. We maintain a real estate market data repository as a resource for our teaching and research and for the professional real estate community. We also monitor and analyze the data and publish market information reports from time to time.

We build and maintain extensive industry contacts, beginning with our advisory board of leading real estate professionals in South Florida and extending to industry and academic communities around the world.
