Project Management Consulting

Gloria Romero Roses (BBA'92, MBA'96), a Colombia native and Florida resident since 1979,  began her career in real estate in 1988 with GDG Services learning the business through property management and then real estate development. In 2001, Gloria struck out on her own as a freelance project management consultant, providing services to the residential real estate sector during the development cycle, including due diligence, pre-development, sales and marketing, sales closings and customer service.  Her clients included WCI Communities' One Bal Harbour and Bruce Eichner's project in Las Vegas, The Cosmopolitan, to name a few.  In 2005, Gloria accepted the challenge of returning to her real estate beginnings by launching the Office of Community and Employee Relations for the state's largest manager of Condominium and Homeowner's Associations, The Continental Group, Inc.  Currently the Director of Communications & Community Relations, Gloria finds time to give back to her community.  She is past President of the Board for ArtSpring, Inc., Associate Member of the Urban Land Institute, Mentor with the E.N.I.G.M.A project, and a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church in N.E. Miami Dade County.
