Juan Carlos Morales is currently the Vice President of Finance at Hoodiny Entertainment Group where he manages all of the financial resources and obligations of the organization in addition to accounting and financial reporting, investor relations, tax compliance, and human resources.
Prior to joining Hoodiny, Mr. Morales worked over six years with the audit practice of KPMG LLP, Miami where he was one of the leading supervisors of audit engagements for global financial institutions as well as international broker-dealers. Mr. Morales also had the opportunity of participating in several mergers and acquisitions projects, including working abroad assisting in the Citibank purchase of Banamex, one of the largest banks in Mexico. While at KPMG, Mr. Morales was the head university recruiter, attracting talented professionals across leading South Florida Universities for KPMG Florida offices. Further, Mr. Morales actively participated in KPMG training programs as an instructor, contributing to the professional development and career advancement of KPMG employees. Mr. Morales took the lead in coordinating community service projects with organizations such as Junior Achievement, Hands on Miami and the American Heart Association's Heart Walk.
Mr. Morales earned his bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida.
