In addition to being a part of an elite group of graduates of Florida International University, the Alumni Jamaica Chapter was established to provide its members with unique opportunities for both professional and personal growth.
Among its programs are special events which directly benefit the youth of The Homestead Boys Home in Stony Hill, St. Andrew, the charitable organization the Jamaica Chapter has adopted.
